Have a look at the BirdSale.com.au Birdpeadia. It's not JUST another forum, we are hoping to accumulate a swag of useful information there for beginners as well as experienced birdkeepers alike, its kind of like a Wikipedia of the bird world. I invite everybody to contribute interesting articles to the board. Don't worry, if you think it's trivial for bird gurus as we have a lot of newbies to the avicultural world who may not know yet.

We've also started entering some money saving ideas into the forum and hope our readers can assist us in adding more hints and tips, from where you buy cheap nest boxes to what vegetables are in season and cheap to get. There are also suggestions to alternative things you can use, rather than purchasing the expensive pet shop version.......... Please help us add to this list!

Free advertising of your birds is available on the BirdSale.com.au Buy-Sell Board. For now, we have decided to leave the advertising on there indefinately (or at least till you delete it) , think of it as a Yellow Pages for bird lovers. You never have to re-list continually like other on-line classifieds. Buyers only have to look at those birds they are interested in. No more filtering through endless advertisements looking for a specific bird.

Sign our Guestbook (Suggestion Box)

We have a guestbook for you to sign and say "hi" to the gang. We'd love to know the suburb, state and your country of origin, especially if you are not from Australia. It is our hope to introduce Live Chat in the not too distant future to link Australian birdkeepers up to our overseas counterparts from the USA, UK, NZ, South Africa, Singapore and the rest of the world so that you can exchange ideas.
